Technological Advancements - Here are just a few additional technological advancements Axiom Group Inc. has produced in recent years.

	Plastic Molded Screen technology Axiom Group has developed a technology for molding one-piece, 300 (and lower) micron mesh screens with accompanied cup in circle shape embedded in a circular frame. All this was done on a conventional precision injection-molding machine, the technology was developed to balance the pressure and minimize overflow. Click here to learn more.
	Lifter Plate Axiom designs and develops internal features to provide both cross car and fore and aft compliance. For this lifter plate, we simplified part design and improved system effectiveness by 70%.
	The Assembly of the Hood Latch Axiom developed and implemented several design improvements which improved the form, fit and function aspects of this assembly. Additional benefits of our applications engineering program improved time of assembly, reduced quality issues and reduced the overall product cost.
	Thermal Protection Switch Originally designed as a mechanical switch, Axiom devised an electronic alternative for this thermal protection switch with much better performance characteristics and reliability. The original mechanical switch could sense temperatures ±5°. Axiom dramatically improved this to ±1° with our electronics alternative.
	Materials  Our new compound meets special needs. After several years of research and development, the Axiom team has come up with a material compound which performs exceptionally well in high wear, high heat applications. This compound even meets automotive under hood requirements, passing initial DV and PV tests.
