Mirco-Screen Technology
Axiom Group has developed a technology for molding one-piece, 300 (and lower) micron mesh screens with accompanied cup in circle shape embedded in a circular frame.  All this was done on a conventional precision injection-molding machine, the technology was developed to balance the pressure and minimize overflow.

The company’s strategy in selecting the technology to be developed was sparked from interest by DaimlerChrysler after seeing our one-piece molded screen technology. The competitive advantage expected is lower cost on assemblies. Results of patent searches on the subject show that the smallest micro screen made in a one-piece injection molding process was 300 microns, in which Axiom has matched.
