How many people work at Axiom?

Axiom employs over 130 people in both North America and Europe.

Where are your manufacturing facilities?

Axiom Plastics, Electronic and Tooling divisions are located in Toronto, Canada. Axiom Italia, which does tooling and plastics production, is located in Banzi, Italy.

What is your typical lead time on program development? What other services assembly knowledge can you provide? What is the largest mould that your tooling division can build?

Less than four weeks for prototyping and usually 16 weeks for production. We can provide complete automation services, painting, pad printing assembly and testing services. We can build tools up to 4' x 3' x 3' with weights of up to 15,000 lbs.

Can you meet global requirements? Can you achieve very tight tolerances?

Yes, we can support our customers from both North America and Europe. Axiom can meet or exceed tolerance requirements. On multi-cavity tools a tolerance of < 0.1 mm can be achieved when they are engineered properly
